THE AMERICAS
Starwood Hotels & Resorts has promoted Roger Paull to Vice President, Global Brand Management, overseeing W Hotels Worldwide, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and the Luxury Collection, based in New York. He was previously the Senior Director, Global Brand Management, for W Hotels and Le Méridien. Paull is the former General Manager of the W San Diego and the W New York – Times Square.

Benchmark Hospitality has named Cedric Fasbender Vice President, Operations. He was most recently the Regional Vice President for Dolce Hotels and Resorts, where he also served as General Manager for the Hayes Mansion. Fasbender is the former Resort Manager for the PGA National Resort and Spa.

Jakob Hansen has taken over as General Manager at the Gramercy Park Hotel replacing Elizabeth Mao. Hansen was most recently overseeing the Crosby Street Hotel. He is the former General Manager of Crosby Street’ sister hotel the Charlotte Street Hotel in London.

Kathrin Apitz takes over from Jakob Hansen as General Manager of the Crosby Street Hotel. This is a promotion from her most recent post at the hotel as Assistant General Manager.

John Speers is moving to Miami as General Manager at the Saxony by Faena, due to open in 2014. For the past six years, he had served as General Manager at the Little Nell in Aspen. He is the former Resort Manager at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole and Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Chicago.

Kelly Steward has been appointed General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland. Most recently, Steward had served as Hotel Manager for the Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE. Steward is the former Director of Operations at the Ritz-Carlton Charlotte and Executive Assistant Manager for the Ritz-Carlton Dallas.

The Washington Marriott Marquis, slated to open in 2014, has named Dan Nadeau General Manager. Nadeau moves over from his most recent post as General Manager of the Washington Marriott Wardman Park. He is the former General Manager of the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.

The Fairmont Banff Springs has named David Roberts Regional Vice President and General Manager. For the past five years, he had served as Fairmont’s Executive Vice President, Operations.

Michael Barkin has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Vail Resorts. He joined the company last year as Vice President of Strategy and Development. Previously, Barkin was a principal at KRG Capital Partners.

Bonnie Strome has returned to the Park Hyatt Toronto to take on the post of General Manager. She was previously the Director of Rooms for the hotel before taking on her most recent position of General Manager at the Park Hyatt’s sister property, the Hyatt Regency Toronto.

The InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta has named Sharon Kilmartin General Manager and Regional Director of Operations for IHG, taking over from Patrick Birchall who now oversees the Willard InterContinental. Kilmartin had previously overseen the InterContinental Stephen F. Austin, the InterContinental San Juan Resort & Casino and the InterContinental Dallas.

Daniel Braun has joined the Inn at Hastings Park in Massachusetts as General Manager. He is the former General Manager at the Castle Hill Inn in Newport, Rhode Island. He had previously served in food and beverage management posts for the Grand Del Mar Resort and the (former) Four Seasons Aviara.

Pradeep Raman has joined Thomas Collichio’s Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton as General Manager. He is the former General Manager at the Avalon Hotel, Beverly Hills and Director of Food and Beverage for the Peninsula Chicago.

Miguel Eugene has been appointed Cluster General Manager overseeing the Hilton Papagayo Costa Rica Resort & Spa and the Hilton Garden Inn Liberia Airport. He was most recently the Resident Manager and Director of Operations at the Gran Melia Cancun. He is the former Director of Operations for Park Royal Hotels & Resorts.

Garrett Turta has been named General Manager at the Fairmont Macdonald in Edmonton. He was most recently the General Manager of the Fairmont St. Andrews in Scotland.

The Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge in Colorado has named Ivan Osorio General Manager. He was most recently the Director of Rooms at the Fairmont Acapulco Princess and the Fairmont Pierre Marques.

Jim Mikula is now with Telluride Ski & Golf as Executive Vice President. He is the former General Manager of the Hotel Madeline.

Noel Daniel has been promoted to General Manager of the Hotel Madeline, taking over from Mikula. She was most recently serving as Resort Manager.

Troy Pade is now in New York as General Manager of Viceroy’s Cassa Hotel. He was most recently with the Viceroy Santa Monica as Hotel Manager. He is the former General Manager at the Hotel Shangri La Santa Monica.

Roland Duerr has joined the Carlyle as Hotel Manager. He is the former Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage at the Jumeirah Essex House. He had previously served in a similar role at the Burj Al Arab.

Drew Berry has moved over to the Sheraton Delfina in Santa Monica as Hotel Manager and Director of Operations. Berry was most recently serving as Director of Food and Beverage at Viceroy’s L’Ermitage Beverly Hills.

Aaron Wright has been named Director of Operations at the Washington, D.C. Marriott. He was most recently with the Bethesda Suites Marriott as Director of Hotel Operations.

Emmanuel Cornet is now at the Bellagio as Director of Food and Beverage Operations. He was most recently with L’Atelier and Joel Robuchon at the Mansion at the MGM Grand as Director of Restaurants. He had previously spent six years with the Four Seasons Austin in food and beverage posts.

Ali Kayhan has been named Corporate Director of Sales and Special Events for Todd English Enterprises. Kayhan was most recently the Director of Catering and Conference Services at the InterContinental New York Times Square. He is the former Director of Catering and Conference Services at the Beverly Hills Hotel and had previously served in catering roles for the New York Palace, the Plaza and the New York Marriott Marquis.

Darren Nicholas has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage for the Hotel Contessa in San Antonio. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage for the Heathman Hotel in Kirkland, Washington.

San Francisco’s Hotel Vitale has appointed Kory Stewart Director of Food and Beverage. He is currently the Executive Chef and will serve in a dual role for the hotel.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts has promoted Alice Harrington-Caravello to Vice President, Global Corporate Sales replacing Mary Casey who is now Senior Vice President of Sales, North America. She was most recently the Managing Director, Strategic Accounts for Starwood.

Alan Reichbart has been named pre-opening Director of Marketing for the Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World. Since 2009, he had served as Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Palm Beach. He is the former Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, the Four Seasons Great Exuma at Emerald Bay and served as Director of Sales at the (former Four Seasons) Pierre in New York.

Ciro Tacinelli has moved to the Beverly Wilshire as Senior Director of Marketing, taking over from Rob Sapp. Tacinelli was most recently the Senior Director of Marketing, overseeing both the Four Seasons Bora Bora and the Four Seasons Hualalai. He had previously overseen sales and marketing at the Four Seasons Nevis and is the former Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Whistler.

Greg Velasquez has returned to the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills to take on the position of Director of Marketing. He had previously served the hotel as Director of Revenue Management. Most recently, he held the post of Director of Sales and Marketing at the Royal Palms Resort & Spa in Phoenix. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing for L’Auberge de Sedona, the St. Regis Houston and the US Grant in San Diego.

Tony Rodriguez has moved up the coast to join the Four Seasons Palm Beach as Director of Marketing. He was most recently in the same role for the Four Seasons Miami.

The Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas has named Randolph Wilcott Director of Sales and Marketing, taking over from Diane Yost. Wilcott was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing for Mandarin Oriental’s Elbow Beach Bermuda. He had previously served in sales and marketing positions at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa and the Greenbrier.

Victoria Campos Álvarez has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Four Seasons Mexico City. She was most recently overseeing sales and marketing at the Mahekal Beach Resort. She is the former Director of Sales and Marketing for the Four Seasons Punta Mita and the (former) Mandarin Oriental Riviera Maya.

Martha Sullivan is the new Director of Sales and Marketing at the Orlando Hotel in Los Angeles. Sullivan is the former Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills and Director of Sales at the (former) Four Seasons Aviara.

Sonesta International has named Jane Colby Global Account Director. She was most recently serving as Midwest Regional Sales Manager for the Carino Hotel Group.

Rob McCulloch has been named Director of Sales and Marketing for the Renaissance Washington, D.C. Downtown Hotel. He was most recently the Area Sales Leader for Marriott International. He is the former Director of Sales at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner and Area Director of Sales for the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront and the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor.

Sarah Best has been promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing at the Loews Santa Monica, taking over from Nicole Young. She joined the resort in 2005 as Sales Manager and was most recently serving as Director of Sales.

Nicole Young has joined SBE Entertainment as Director of Sales and Revenue Management. For the past twelve years, she had been with Loews Hotels, most recently at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel as Director of Marketing. She had previously served in operations roles with the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort.

The Arizona Biltmore has named Steven Horowitz Director of Sales. Most recently, he was Director of Sales and Resort Marketing for the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the JW Marriott Hotel Houston.

Douglas Hoagland has joined the SLS at Beverly Hills as Director of Catering. He was most recently the Director of Events at the Pelican Hill Resort in Newport Beach. He had previously served in catering positions with the Terranea Resort and the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Jeffrey Stutts has joined the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter and Riverwalk Hotels as Director of Event Management. He was most recently the Director of Event Planning at the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton at LA Live. He had previously overseen events for the Renaissance Hollywood and the Stanford Court in San Francisco.

Timothy Wetzel has returned to Rosewood’s CordeValle to take on the position of Executive Chef. He has previously served the resort as Executive Sous Chef before taking on his most recent role as Executive Chef at the Crow Canyon Country Club in Danville.

Alexander LaMotte has been promoted to Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Westlake Village, taking over from Mario Alcocer. The CIA graduate joined the hotel last year as Executive Sous Chef.

Kenny Hunsberger has been promoted to Executive Chef at the Loews Don CeSar Hotel. He joined the resort in 2010 as Executive Sous Chef. He is the former Executive Sous Chef for the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay.

John Herdman has been appointed Executive Chef for the Hotel Contessa in San Antonio. He is the former Sous Chef at the Inn at Palmetto Bluff and the Westin La Cantera in San Antonio.

Christian Rassinoux has been appointed Executive Chef for the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa. He was most recently in Las Vegas serving as Executive Chef of the MGM Grand, following a 24-year career with Ritz-Carlton.

The InterContinental Milwaukee has named Bob Druschitz Executive Chef. Most recently, he was Sous Chef at Quartino Ristorante & Wine Bar in Chicago.

Damon Campbell has been named Executive Chef for the Shangri-La Toronto. He was most recently the Executive Sous Chef at the Edsa Shangri-La Manila. He is the former Chef de Cuisine at the Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur.

The Bohemian Hotel Celebration in Florida has named Jason Shenefield Executive Chef for the Bohemian Bar and Grill. He had served in various culinary posts with the Plantation House, the Terrace Hotel and Le Cellier with Walt Disney World Resorts.

Daryl MacDonnell has been named Executive Chef for the Keltic Lodge Resort and Spa in Nova Scotia. MacDonnell was most recently the Executive Chef for the Membertou Trade and Convention Center as well as Cape Breton Resorts.

Chad Blunston has joined the Fairmont San Francisco as Executive Chef. He was most recently the Executive Chef at the Fairmont Newport Beach.

Taking over for Blunston as Executive Chef at the Fairmont Newport Beach is Brian Doherty. He was most recently the Executive Sous Chef at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Seattle.

Louis Simard has been named Executive Chef at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier. He was most recently the Executive Sous Chef at the Fairmont Vancouver.

Russell Michel has been named Executive Chef at the Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa in Tucson. For the past seven years, he had been with the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Sacramento as Executive Chef for Morgan’s Restaurant.

Randy Reed has been named Executive Chef for the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile. Most recently, Reed served as Executive Sous Chef at the Willard InterContinental.

The Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa has named Ethan Holmes Chef de Cuisine for bluEmber. He was previously the Chef de Cuisine for Second Bar + Kitchen in Austin. He is the former Executive Chef for Taverna and Snap Kitchen, both in Austin.

Anthony Cournia has joined the Joule Hotel in Dallas as General Manager for CBD Provisions. He was most recently in Chicago as General Manager/Partner at OON. He is the former General Manager at the Girl & the Goat and L2O.

Sébastien Vallet has joined the Mandalay Bay as General Manager of Mix in Las Vegas. He was most recently the Director of Restaurants at the MGM Grand. He is a former General Manager for Craftsteak.

Serge Krieger has joined the soon to open Langham Chicago as Restaurant General Manager. He was most recently with Lettuce Entertain You as General Manager of L2O and TRU.

William Ousley has moved to Boa Santa Monica as General Manager. He was most recently overseeing the Courtyard Brasserie at Palihouse Holloway. He is the former Maitre’d at Bottega Louie, the Grill on the Alley in Beverly Hills and The Ivy.

David Phillips is now in Newport Beach at the Resort at Pelican Hill as Director of Rooms. He was most recently in the same role at the Peabody Little Rock. He is the former Director of Rooms at the Sandpearl Resort and the Hotel du Pont in Wilmington, Delaware.

Alex Pomiechowski is the new Director of Rooms at the Sea Island Company in Georgia. He was most recently the Director of Housekeeping for the Loews Atlanta. He is the former Director of Front Office for L’Auberge de Sedona.

Dave Elcon has been named Associate Director of Rooms at Bacara Resort and Spa. He was most recently the Front Office Manager at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal in Orlando. He is the former Director of Guest Services at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort.

Tina Crawford has moved as Spa Director to the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. For the past 13 years, she had served as Spa Director at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island.

Hotelier Louis Finamore who had a most distinguished career with Hilton International until his retirement a few years ago, recently died in Frederick, Maryland. He was 87.

EUROPE
The Oetker Collection has promoted Philippe Perd to Senior Vice President Operations and Project Development. He was most recently overseeing both Oetker’s Château Saint-Martin & Spa in Vence, and the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes.

Didier Le Calvez has been promoted to Senior Vice President Operations and Sales and Marketing at the Oetker Collection. He was most recently serving as President and Managing Director of Hôtel Le Bristol Paris.

Simon Wakefield has returned to the Halkin by COMO to take up the post of General Manager. He had previously been at the hotel in 2004 as Rooms Division Manager. Most recently he was the General Manager at London’s Athenaeum Hotel and Apartments.

Chris Steadman has been appointed General Manager at the Malmaison Oxford Hotel. He is the former General Manager at the Hellidon Lakes Golf & Spa Hotel in Northamptonshire and the Stratford Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Olivier Bigot has joined the Dolce Chantilly as General Manager. He was most recently overseeing the Château de Villiers le Mahieu & Spa.

Robert Glashan is the new General Manager at the Fairmont St. Andrews, taking over from Garrett Turta. He was most recently serving as General Manager of the Doubletree by Hilton, Dunblane Hydro. He is the former General Manager of the Botleigh Grange Hotel in Southampton.

Philippe Spagnol is the new General Manager of Hotel Amigo in Brussels, taking over from Blanche Van Berckel. Spagnol was most recently at the Lapa Palace in Lisbon as General Manager. The Lausanne graduate is the former General Manager at Orient-Express’ Hotel Monasterio in Peru. He is an 18-year veteran of the company.

Gorka Bergareche is the new General Manager at the Park Hyatt Milano. He was most recently the Hotel Manager of the Hyatt Paris Vendôme. Bergareche, who joined Hyatt in 1996, is the former Executive Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing for the (former) Park Hyatt Villa Magna in Madrid.

Bertold Reul is the new General Manager at the Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz taking over from Jürgen Gangl. Reul was most recently overseeing the Nikko Dusseldorf.

Paul Peters has been named Complex General Manager to oversee both the Westin Grand Munich and the Sheraton Arabellapark Munich. He was most recently with the Sheraton Stockholm as General Manager after serving in the same position for the Westin Rotterdam.

Dale Macphee is the new General Manager at the Caledonian in Edinburgh. He is the former General Manager of the London Syon Park and the Trafalgar Hilton.

Sascha Koehler takes over from MacPhee as General Manager at London Syon Park. He comes from his most recent post of General Manager for the Hilton London Gatwick Airport. He is the former Hotel Manager of the venerable Hilton Istanbul.

Heinz Hunkeler, the current Director of the Grand Hotel Kronenhof, will take on the management of the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz with his wife Jenny Hunkeler. The Hunkeler’s, both Lausanne graduates, take over from Dominique Godat and his wife Barbara Kälin Godat, who have been with the hotel for over 10 years. Marc Eichenberger will be joining the Grand Hotel Kronenhof as Director.

The Deer Park Country House Hotel has named Mark Godfrey Managing Director. Godfrey is the former Managing Director at Harbour Hotels Group.

Peter Saunders has been appointed General Manager of the Feathers Hotel in Woodstock. He was previously the General Manager of the Michelin-starred Northcote Hotel.

David Connell is the new General Manager of the South Lodge Hotel in West Sussex. He is the former General Manager at the Lainston House Hotel.

Agnes de Bousquet de Florian has been promoted to Assistant General Manager at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée Paris, taking over from Pascal Billard, who is now the General Manager of Barcelona’s Majestic Hotel & Spa. She was most recently the Director of Rooms after serving six years as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Duncan Pitfield has been appointed Director of Operations UK for Hakkasan. He takes over from Hannah Bass, who left the company to set up a new restaurant, the Grill Shack for Richard Caring. Pitfield is the former Senior General Manager for D&D London.

Stephen Meehan has moved over as Director of Food and Beverage to the Four Seasons London at Canary Wharf. He had been with the Four Seasons Dublin as Director of Food and Beverage since June 2011.

The Four Seasons Budapest has promoted Andrea Colla to Director of Food and Beverage. He has been with the hotel since 2004 and was most recently serving as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

The Hôtel Plaza Athénée Paris has promoted Vincent Parinaud to Director of Food and Beverage. He moves up from his current post as Food and Beverage Manager.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts has named Asad Ahmed Vice President of Sales for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He was most recently the Regional Director of Sales for Italy and Central Mediterranean.

The Four Seasons Prague has appointed Claudio Roscigno Director of Sales and Marketing. He comes from his most recent post with the InterContinental Lusaka in Zambia.

Julian Haddon has moved to Rosewood Hotels and Resorts as pre-opening Director of Sales and Marketing for the Rosewood Chancery Court London. He was most recently the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Europe for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the Savoy, London.

Brussels’ Hotel Amigo has named Silvia Brighenti Director of Sales and Marketing. She was most recently with the Sheraton Rhodes Resort as Director of Sales and Marketing. She is the former Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing at Le Méridien Beach Plaza in Monte Carlo.

Fouad Shafik has been named Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace Budapest, taking over from Sherryn Bates who has left the company. Shafik is the former Director of Sales and Marketing of the Four Seasons Sharm el Sheikh.

Dan Giusti is taking over for Matt Orlando at René Redzepi’s Noma. Guisti joined the restaurant 18 months ago after serving as Executive Chef at Washington, D.C.’s 1789.

The Hotel de Paris in Saint-Tropez has named Philippe Guérin Executive Chef. Guérin has previously earned his first Michelin star at the Château du Domaine Saint-Martin in Vence where he served for seven years.

Michael Gray is the new Head Chef at Le Cercle in Chelsea. He is the former Sous Chef of Pascal Aussignac’s one-Michelin-starred Club Gascon and had previously served in culinary roles at Altitude in the Shangri-La Sydney and at Le Caprice in London.

Portobello House has named Araldo De Vitis Head Chef. He had previously spent four years as Senior Sous Chef at Hereford Road.

Martin Adams is the new Head Chef at Tudor Farmhouse Hotel. He is the former Head Chef at Rosette in the Cormorant Hotel in Cornwall.

Chris Delaney has joined the Matfen Hall Hotel as Head Chef. He comes from his most recent post at the Close House Hotel in Heddon-on-the-Wall.

Amberley Castle has named Robby Jenks Head Chef. He had spent the past five years as Head Chef at the two-Michelin star Gidleigh Park.

Sergio Labarile has been appointed Restaurant Manager at One Twenty One Two in the Royal Horseguards Hotel. He is the former Assistant Manager for the Hibiscus Restaurant and Sketch.

Mohamed Zakariato has been promoted to Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace Budapest. He is the former Assistant Director of Rooms.

Simon Seis is the new Food and Beverage Manager at the Hilton Heathrow Terminal 4. He had previously served in food and beverage posts with the London Hilton on Park Lane and Gleneagles in Scotland.

ASIA AND THE PACIFIC
The Oberoi Group has promoted Kapil Chopra to President, India. Most recently, Chopra was serving as Executive Vice President for the group.

Rajesh Jhingon has been appointed Executive Vice President, Operations for Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts in Mumbai. He was most recently serving as General Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas.

Eastern & Orient Express has named Nicolas Pillet General Manager. For the past eight years, he had been the General Manager at the Ubud Hanging Gardens in Bali.

Michel Chertouh has been named Area General Manager, Bali Resorts, for InterContinental. He was most recently the General Manager of the Crowne Plaza West Hanoi Hotel & Residences. He is the former General Manager of the InterContinental Rio de Janeiro and Cluster General Manager overseeing both the InterContinental Mar Menor Golf Resort & Spa and the InterContinental La Torre Golf Resort in Spain.

Iwan Dietschi has been named Area General Manager and General Manager for the Ritz-Carlton Beijing Financial Street. The Lausanne graduate was most recently the General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo. He is the former General Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen and Hotel Manager for the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong.

Mark Lettenbichler is the new General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo. He was previously overseeing the Ritz-Carlton Beijing Financial Street and the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong.

Jean-Luc Bonneau has been appointed General Manager at the Sunrise Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa. He is the former Area Director at Sunway International Hotels and Resorts.

The Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai has appointed George Wee General Manager. He was most recently serving as General Manager at the Shangri-La Hotel, The Marina in Cairns.

Peter Wynne has been named Area General Manager and General Manager for Beijing Opposite House. He was most recently General Manager-Projects for Swire. He is the former General Manager of Raffles Beijing.

Jennifer Buhr has been named General Manager at the W Retreat & Spa Maldives. Buhr was most recently the General Manager of Le Royal Méridien Chennai.

Richard Mehr has been named General Manager for the U Sunsuri Phuket. He was most recently the General Manager for the Banyan Resort & Golf in Hua Hin.

Vincent Billiard has moved to the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo as Hotel Manager. He was most recently with the Ritz-Carlton Osaka as Director of Operations. Vince Robinson has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa.

The Four Seasons Bora Bora has named Melissa Lorenz Director of Sales and Marketing, taking over from Ciro Tacinelli. Since 2007, Lorenz has been serving as Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons St. Louis. She is the former Director of Marketing at the Ritz Carlton Chicago.

Gerald Reichstein has been named pre-opening Executive Chef for the Cenatra Grand Bali Nusa Dua. He was most recently the Executive Sous Chef at the Four Seasons Hampshire. He had previously served in the kitchens at the One&Only Le Touessrok, the Dharmawangsa and the Al Faisaliah Hotel.

Lance U’ren is the Executive Chef for the Macalister Mansion in Penang. He is the former Chef for the Bagan Bar & Restaurant.

Thomas Combescot-Lepère has joined the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently with the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Hong Kong as Food and Beverage Manager. He is the former General Manager at the former Adour Alain Ducasse at the St. Regis New York.

Christian Dolenc has been appointed Director of Rooms at the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta. He had previously held front office positions at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, the Balmoral in Edinburgh and the Peninsula Hong Kong.

Nihad Kattan has been named Regional Vice President, Jordan and General Manager for the Fairmont Riyadh Business Gate. He was most recently Country General Manager – Jordan for Marriott Hotels based in Amman.

Francisco Giles has been appointed General Manager at the Park Rotana in Abu Dhabi. He is the former General Manager of the Renaissance Dubai and the Ramada Dubai.

Marc Lambert has been named Resident Manager at the InterContinental Lagos in Nigeria. He is the former Executive Assistant Manager at the InterContinental Semiramis in Cairo and Resident Manager at the Muscat InterContinental.

Azar Saliba has been appointed Hotel Manager of Jumeirah’s Al Qasr and Dar Al Masyaf hotels. He was previously the Hotel Manager at Mina A’Salam.

Johannes Steyn has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage for the Lagos InterContinental Hotel. He is the former Culinary Director at the Crowne Plaza Kuwait.

Vincent Monavon is now in Morocco as Director of Sales and Marketing for L’Amphitrite Palace Resort & Spa. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hotel Warwick Geneva, and the Crowne Plaza Geneva.
